Guidelines to students during examinations
The following guidelines are issued for students to be followed during Examinations: 

1. Students are permitted to enter the Hall only 30 minutes before the commencement of the examination. They can be late to the Hall only for 30 minutes from the time of commencement of examination.  
 
2. Students should keep their belongings those are not required for examination outside the Hall or the place specified by the college authorities.  
 
3. Students are permitted to possess only materials like Pen, Pencil, Ruler, Eraser, Non-memory Calculators, ID card and Hall ticket. 
 
4. Students without Hall ticket and ID card are not permitted to write examination without proper permission from Chief Superintendent.  
 
5. Malpractice, if any, such as possession of any incriminating materials including mobile phones in the examination hall and copying during examination will be severly dealt with by imposing punishments cancenllation of examination attended, debarring in future examinations or even dismissal from the college.  
 
6. Students are not permitted to write anything on the question paper, hall ticket or anywhere in the Hall except in the answer scripts provided to them. 
 
7. Students should first fill up the Register number, Name, Subject Code, Subject Name, etc., in the first page.  
 
8. Students should check their answer scripts for the availability of all pages, neatness of the paper, and serial number of the answer scripts before writing the answer in the answer scripts. 
 
9. Student should take their writing materials, Hall ticket, ID Card etc., before they leave the examination Hall.  
 
10. Students are not permitted to re-enter the Hall for any reasons without proper permission from Chief Superintendent.  
 
11. It is the responsibility of the students to check the intactness of their answer scripts before handing over the same to the Hall Superintendent.
