2. Online Fee Payment system purpose to provide flexibility and conform to its continuing student by offering option to pay online using various payment methods.
3. It is sole responsibility of student to pick online payment option. The college do not recommend/ prefer/ promote any particular method.
4. Information related to payments using debit or credit card is not accessed or stored by the College.
5. The information contained in this site including, graphics, links or other are provided as on "As Is" and "As Available" basis by the College which organized and tries to provide information accurately and expressly disclaims liability for error or omission in this information. No warranty of any kind, implied, express or statutory shall be given by the Institute shall not be limited to the warranty of fitness for a particular purpose and freedom from computer virus is given in conjunction with the information.
6. In no event, The College will be liable for any damage direct or indirect losses or expenses arising in connection with site or use thereof inability to use by any person delay of operation or transaction, computer virus etc.
7. Student may inquiry his/ her fee dues from the COE office before make online fees payment.
8. Fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Procedure for Examination Fee Payment for current students
Students are requested to follow the steps given below to pay their examination fees through the Smrithi ERP portal. 1. Open any web browser and visit sankaracollege.in.
2. Navigate to Student and Staff Login.
3. Enter your official college email ID and password, then log in.
4. Select the Student Fees section.
5. Your outstanding dues and fees will be displayed.
6. Select the Examination Fees category.
7. Important: Students must pay the full amount displayed under the Examination Fees category. Partial payments are not permitted.
8. Click the Pay button.
9. You will be redirected to the online payment gateway.
10. Select your preferred payment method, such as UPI, QR Code, Credit/Debit Card, or Net Banking.
11. Complete the payment using the selected payment method.
12. Important: Once redirected to the payment gateway, do not click the browser’s Back button, close the page, or refresh the payment page until the transaction is completed and you are automatically redirected to the Smrithi ERP portal.
13. After successful payment, the page will automatically redirect you to the Fee Payment section.
14. Verify the completed transaction under Payment History.
15. Download the payment receipt from the Payment History section and keep it for future reference.
Note: Students are instructed to ensure that the full examination fee amount is paid successfully. Please verify the payment status and retain the receipt for future reference.
